• Appliance assessment, and make recommendations for compliance with current standards.
• Conduct an inventory of your water usage and check for any issues.
• Evaluate irrigation systems
• Ensure your Heating and Cooling isn’t overworking.
• Windows and Doors – Test the R values (find annual energy impact on the building) and offer replacement options if needed.
• Insulation – examine ceiling and wall R-values, and add more if needed.
• Vacuum Pressure – place the building under vacuum pressure and find air leaks and remedy them.
